The product may be subject to a warranty period, information about which is given individually for all products:

  1. In case of finding a visual fault, the customer should contact us upon handing over the products, when the fault is found as a result of the initial inspection;
  2. within three calendar days after the delivery of the item, if the purchased product is found to have any type of factory defect, based on the conclusion of the service center, it is your responsibility to either replace or repair it;
  3. In other cases, the repair warranty period applies (except for mechanical damage, e.g. falling, screen breakage, etc.)
  4. The warranty never covers accessories, such as computer chargers; Note: the phone battery also belongs to this category.
  5. The warranty card will contain the address and contact number of the service center that you can contact during the warranty period. Except when the product comes with an international warranty. In the latter case, the corresponding application is uploaded to the supplier's official website.

Defective product return

If the goods are found to be defective, the consumer has the right to request the seller to repair or replace the goods free of charge, unless this is impossible due to the nature of the goods or requires a disproportionate or inappropriately high cost;
The customer has the right to request a reduction in the price of the goods or to refuse the contract if one of the following conditions exists:
Goods cannot be repaired or replaced;
the trader did not repair or replace the goods within a reasonable time and the consumer lost interest in the performance of the contract;
The repair or replacement of the goods by the merchant will cause a significant delay to the customer.

The customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if the defect in the goods is insignificant.
In the case of withdrawing from the contract, the customer has the right to demand compensation for damages caused by non-fulfillment of the contract in accordance with the rules established by the legislation of Georgia.
In case of finding a defect, the customer can contact the store manager within 2 years after the delivery of the goods. The quality assurance service will review the damaged product and a decision will be made based on the conclusion.
In case of finding a visual complaint, the customer must contact the company within one day at the latest.
The products posted on the website come with a warranty period, which is indicated in the description of the specific product. During the warranty period, the user has the right to contact the service center (which will be indicated on the warranty card) to correct and repair the product defect. The warranty does not apply if the product has suffered mechanical damage: falling, breaking, etc.
