Items purchased on the site can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.

The customer is obliged to send to the company, within the above-mentioned period, a completed form or other clear evidence that reflects the customer's decision to return the goods. The consumer bears the burden of proving the right to withdraw from the contract within the specified period.

After sending the notice of withdrawal from the contract, the customer must immediately, but not later than 7 calendar days, return the goods to the company.

The cost of returning the goods will be paid by the customer. Other costs, including delivery costs, will be borne by the company. Unless the customer has chosen a more expensive delivery service than the standard delivery service offered by Paradis Group or the price of the goods has been reduced as a result of a benefit that is not related to determining the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

In case of cancellation of the contract, the company will return the amount paid to the customer no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the notification about the cancellation of the contract, as well as, if any, the amount paid to compensate the cost of delivery.

In the case of withdrawal from the contract, the company has the right to refuse to refund the money until it has received the goods back from the customer or received a document confirming the shipment of the goods, whichever is earlier, unless the company itself has undertaken to take back the goods. In addition, it is possible to return the item if it has not been used, it has preserved its appearance, consumer properties, packaging, seal, factory label, as well as the merchandise or cashier's check, which was given with the sold goods.
